Werkzaamheden

What will you be doing?

As a production worker, you play an important role in the clothing processing line. Your tasks include:

• Unpacking boxes of clothing
• Checking clothing for any defects
• Delivering hanging garments neatly to the dry-cleaning department
  Any damaged items will be handled by a colleague so you can focus on keeping the process moving smoothly.

What do we offer?

• A full-time job (work possible from Monday to Sunday)
• Work in rotating shifts:
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 15:30 – 23:00
  • 23:00 – 07:00
• 8 hours on site per day, of which 7.5 hours are paid (60-minute break, 30 minutes paid)
• Salary: €14.40 gross per hour (this can increase to €27.36 per hour thanks to allowances for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts).
• Extra bonuses according to the Textile Care Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Textielverzorging) for irregular hours and during holidays
• Travel allowance: €0.15 per kilometer
• 5.33% year-end bonus

• Start date: From May 5 (new employees start every Monday or Tuesday)

Wie ben jij?

 Who are we looking for?

• You understand proper Dutch or English
• You have your own transportation (car, scooter, or bicycle), as the location is not accessible by public transport 
• You are physically fit (the work involves standing and active tasks)
• A diploma is not required. Experience is a plus, but motivation and perseverance are much more important.
• It doesn’t matter where you live, as long as you can get to the location on time.
